Voytek Kawecki - Managing Director, Project Planner

Voytek has over 30 years of professional experience in a variety of management roles, including the development of programs, cost/schedule control systems, and the management of projects of up to $6 billion. His main area of expertise is project-based strategic planning and resource modelling, the design of project control systems and databases, project performance monitoring, and reporting. Voytek's skills in the development of unconventional methods and techniques for project control. Voytek's past jobs include the development of $650 million winning Tender Construction Schedules and Cash Flow forecasts for the M5 Freeway, at the time the largest single awarded civil engineering contract in Australia. He was a Planning Manager for the Melbourne City Link Project, a $500 million contract, and developed a Planning Strategy for Lockheed Martin Australia to monitor Australian defence programs. He was a Project Controls Manager for Rail Infrastructure Corporation NSW, establishing the configuration for monitoring the progress of over 3000 maintenance projects per year. Voytek's international projects included the development of infrastructure programs in Australia, the USA, Hong Kong, New Guinea, Malaysia, Indonesia, and the Philippines.

Vanna Tamansa - Management Consultant

Vanna’s expertise includes team management, contract management, project controls, scheduling, and assisting in implementing changes. Vanna’s main roles involve discussing organisational concerns with clients. Documents findings/controls, and preparations of recommendations for implementation of new procedures or organisational changes. Also interviews personnel and conducts on-site observations. She was a program management coordinator for the mining company Sagitarius Mine Inc. on the Tampakan Project in the Philippines. She was a deputy program manager for the NGO program, Indonesian Red Cross in North Sulawesi. This year, Vanna revised existing Javelin procedures and created new procedures. Currently, Vanna has established a partnership agreement with IFS Singapore and has been assigned to develop a business strategy for promoting ERP programs within Australia and Indonesia. Vanna is also a skilled Planner and Project Controls Manager.

Wesley Kowalski - Strategic Advisor, Management Consultant

Before joining Javelin and Associates, Wesley was based in Singapore, where he worked at IFS & Infor as Managing Director & Vice President of ASEAN, China, and India, helping clients plan and execute their business & digital transformations.
Wesley worked at IBM as a Partner, leading the global Energy & Utilities industry segment in IBM’s Global Centre of Competency, based in New York.
At Oracle Corporation, he was responsible for leading Consulting teams for Industry Sectors in the Asia Pacific region.
Wesley currently sits on the Advisory Board in Singapore and the board of Fusion Professionals. He is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Wesley has presented at various Conferences in San Francisco, Shanghai, Singapore, Manila, Jakarta and Sydney.

Andrew Szerszen- Associate, Contract and Procurement
Andrew’s expertise includes the management of a team of engineers of all disciplines and a variety of cultural backgrounds. Direct and indirect responsibilities for the delivery of multiple infrastructure projects that were collectively valued at 2.5 billion dollars, coordination of project phases planning, design & implementation, including PPP, PFI, and EPCM types of projects. Responsible for the design and preparation of all types of contracts and contracts management covering major roads, water infrastructure eg, dams, pipeline networks, desalination plants, and railway corridors. On various projects, Andrew was responsible for negotiations with state, local governments, and various governmental bodies, financial institutions, contractors, and suppliers. As Project Director and CEO, he was responsible for the company’s profitability and day-to-day running of the business.

Ted has significant public and private sector experience in strategic and operational roles. This is complemented by experience in business strategy, resource allocation and management, policy development, public/private partnerships, project feasibility/initiation, business cases, risk management studies, value management, probity, procurement, project management, contracting and supply chain solutions, client/stakeholder surveys, adjudication, and dispute resolution
