Our Managers possess a thorough understanding of the E2E project lifecycle, and we optimise projects and deliveries by using Waterfall, Iterative, Agile, and blended methodologies that are best suited to the project's nature, its complexity, and the organisation.

Fundamentally, the Project Manager must be able to control Schedule, Cost, and Risk, and manage and report the overall impact throughout the program's execution.

Planning is a prerequisite for the successful delivery of any project, and it requires a mature Requirements Specification and a well-defined Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).

The Javelin generates reports by the PP&C organisation's PMO function, using EVMS and KPIs as the basis.

​

Our weekly reporting is based on a ‘one-page traffic lights’ progress reporting format detailing critical risks, highlights (positive, negative), Project Milestones and KPI status, Indicators (SPI, CPI, BCWS PV, BCWP EV), Issues and Showstoppers, Recovery Plans and trend analysis against the baseline schedule.

The baseline schedule serves as a foundation for the reporting process.

We advocate for the use of Earned Value Performance Measures to enhance cost control, risk management, resource utilisation, execution, and on-time delivery of projects.
