Project Background

ARTC West is responsible for NSW country rail network. The network is divided into CRN and Leased sections and 4 Provisioning Centers. All together ARTC West has to manage more than 300 projects per year. Javelin was selected to establish project control system for progress monitoring of these projects.

Scope of Services

Javelin has developed the database of Primavera P3 schedules to monitor time and budget for both cost and scope for all of the projects of ARTC. We kept track of corridor projects in the South and West.
