Project Background

Severe drought forced Queensland government to seek alternative sources of water. Construction of desalination plant at Gold Coast South / East Queensland was the solution.

Scope of Services

• Preparation of Master Planner reports of project implementation progress for the project director and Queensland Government.

• Duties included design and implementation of Construction Master Program and Sub-Contractors programs

• Integration, reviews and status updates of project progress, design and preparation of progress reports

• Supervision of junior schedulers and checking of progress updates including design, procurement, construction and pre-commissioning,

• Design of preliminary commissioning program
