Javelin designed and implemented Programme and KPI progress monitoring system for the $500 million Western Link part of the project. The project was completed on time. The planning/scheduling software used was Primavera P3, SureTrak, MS-Access databases, Excel spreadsheets and graphical reports.

Javelin provided a planning/scheduling service for our $500 million Melbourne City Link project. The service was professional and efficient providing our weekly and monthly progress and updated schedule reports, and always in a timely manner.
