The project is in need of a linear project software producing Time Chainage diagram. Javelin introduced ChainLink as the main tool superseding Excel Spreadsheet

Develop project procedures & work practice
Provide ChainLink training service to Acciona project teams
Produce Time Chainage diagrams including CBD, Kingsford, Randwick, Surry Hills and Moore Park
Review and assist P6 schedule, involvement of project construction master program
Recommendations to Acciona senior management
Mentoring project control engineers
Conduct training workshops to engineers ranging from all levels, Construction/Project Managers to Site Engineers
